This office performs the Town’s human resource management, overseeing various aspects of employment, such as compliance with labor law and employment standards, administration of employee benefits, organizing of employees files with the required documents for future reference, and some aspects of recruitment.
The goal of the Wappinger Town Office of Human Resources is to provide all town employees with accurate information and guidance to ensure employees are aware of their rights and obligations, and to assist them with regard to their employment, benefits, advancement, and other opportunities.
