Empress is directly linked to Dutchess County’s Enhanced 911 service.

To eliminate the concern for the cost of an ambulance, the Town of Wappinger Town Board has provided for a Town-wide Ambulance District that covers the cost of the ambulance over that of available insurance. As a Wappinger resident, you should never have to think twice before summoning emergency care.
