The Town of Wappinger Recycle Center is open to all Town residents to dispose of bulk items such as furniture, combustible materials, clothing, electronic waste, and metals. The Center also accepts household garbage without additional fees with your annual license. Please read the revised fee schedule for updated fees and regulations.

The Recycle Center can also take branches and brush, which is made into wood chips and mulch. This material is used for various Town projects and is free to all Recycle Center license holders.

We ask that you just bring your own container.

Please Note: A license to use the recycle center is a grant of permission to use the recycling center for non-commercial use.  Those persons using the recycling center for commercial purposes shall have their license revoked and shall not be eligible to reapply for a period of 5 years following a revocation of a license.
