There are currently three water districts within the Town of Wappinger:  United Wappinger, Fleetwood Manor, and Watch Hill. The Town’s job is to ensure that clean, drinkable water is available to our residents 365 days a year.

The Town currently operates five sewer districts:  United Wappinger, Fleetwood Manor, Watch Hill, MidPoint Park and Wildwood Manor.

BILLING SCHEDULE

Water and Sewer bills are mailed out quarterly:  January, April, July, and October.  Please refer to your bill for the specific due date.  A 10% late fee will be assessed on any bill not paid by the due date.  After November 1^st, any unpaid water bills will be re-levied onto the following year’s Town and County Tax bill.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by mail, or in person at the tax office at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590.

Please note that if you use bill pay, it will take approximately ten days for this office to receive the check.

Payments can be made online with Visa, MasterCard, or electronic check.

Please note that the payment service provider charges a convenience fee of 3% for credit/debit cards and $2.00 for an e-check.
