The Town of Wappinger Senior Center has a holiday food drive going for the food pantry at Zion Episcopal Church in the Village. They will be collecting unexpired, unopened non-perishable food for people and their pets.
Boxes for collection located in the Senior Center at Town Hall, the boxes will be picked up December 12th.
If you can spare even one or two of something, it would be appreciated. Items needed are:
- Cereal
- Oatmeal
- Canned veggies
- Fruit
- Beans
- Soup
- PB&J
- Mac & cheese
- Rice
- Pastas
- Sauces
- Cake mixes and frosting
- Brownie mixes
- Juices: apple, grape, fruit punch.
