UNITED WAPPINGER WATER DISTRICT HYDRANT FLUSHING
Residents of the United Wappinger Water District between All Angels Hill Road and Spook Hill Rd., including Rockingham Farms, The Regency, Kendall Farms, Ardmore, Kent Road, and Shamrock Hills in the Town of Wappinger are being advised to limit water use.
CAMO Pollution Control, Inc. will be flushing hydrants between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. beginning Monday, April 18th, 2022 through Friday, May 6th, 2022.
During the flushing, residents may experience erratic water pressure and turbid water conditions. This condition will only be temporary. AT ALL TIMES THE WATER WILL MEET SATISFACTORY SANITARY QUALITY. The flushing will bring about long-term improvements in water quality.
