***Chelsea Boat Launch Conditions Update***
Please note that our Buildings & Grounds Department is actively working to clear the debris at the Town boat launch and docks at the Chelsea waterfront.
Unfortunately, due to abnormally high tides and strong winds, debris is still washing up and will most likely block the ramp again before long. Until the tide goes out and the high winds subside it will be a losing battle in keeping the ramp clear.
The Town will continue to monitor the site and update the public on conditions.

The Town of Wappinger boat ramp and docks at the historic Chelsea waterfront are open to residents of the Town of Wappinger free of charge starting from the first week of April. Boaters truly get a special experience when sailing out on the Hudson. The vast wide open views are unapparelled to many other parts of our region.
Trailers and trucks are to park at the grass lot located on Bank Street. No parking is permitted on the side of Front Street unless trailers are loading/unloading water craft.
