Dutchess Tourism is excited to be offering a FREE Dutchess Certified Tourism Ambassador™ (CTA) Class. This course is a fun way to learn more about Dutchess County and network with other members of the community.

1. Register at Dutchess Tourism Ambassador Program | Dutchess County Tourism (please note: there will be a $20 cancellation hold that may show as pending on your card; this charge will only be put through in cases of cancellations or no shows)
   
2. Create an account at www.ctanetwork.com
   
3. Email training@dutchesstourism.com once the above steps are completed, so we can manually enroll you in the class

More information about the program:

The course consists of pre-class reading, a 4-hour in-person class, and a multiple-choice open-book exam at the end of class. The materials provide an in-depth look at the history and attractions of Dutchess County, teaches how tourism has a positive economic impact for all of us, and offers ways we can plan to exceed every visitor’s expectations.

Once you have completed the course, you will receive your professional CTA certification, which is yours to keep for a full calendar year (through December 2024).
