Wappinger Town Bids Farewell to Retired Town Justice Carl Wolfson

On January 17, 2024 the people of the Town of Wappinger gathered to wish former Town Justice Carl Wolfson a happy retirement.
Judge Wolfson has served the Town of Wappinger since 1983 and was the first Judge to preside in Wappinger Town Hall in 1986. Over the course of his tenure he has tried many cases, worked with four other Town Justices, and even set case law for the State of New York.
Town Supervisor Joseph D. Cavaccini joined colleagues in government Town Justices Heather Kitchen and Nicholas Maselli, Town Clerk Joseph P. Paoloni, and Senior Councilman William H. Beale in offering congratulatory remarks to Judge Wolfson on his 40 years of service to our community.
